Lisa Eardley Brame was formerly educated at Arizona State University in Dance Education, Choreography and Business and has graduate work in Dance and Special Education. A performer, creator, and teacher, Lisa enjoys the full spectrum of dance. As a child Lisa was an elite gymnast, studied acrobatics, and performed vocals. At age eleven, the dance bug bit and classical ballet, jazz and tap training began and has not stopped. As a dancer, Lisa has performed on land, sea, and abroad in dance and musical theater. Lisa has received countless choreography excellence and entertainment awards and her pieces have been selected and performed internationally in more than 18 countries on more than 4 continents. In 1999 Lisa opened Elite Dance & Performing Arts and for seven years it was one of Arizona’s Top Studios and the 1st freestanding state-of-the-art dance studio in the east valley. Lisa has continued to teach on the west coast and travels to choreograph and judge national talent competitions. She has a special interest in dance for camera (film) and in 2017 she will launch her new community dance event Emerging Artists™ Several of her Alumni students have gone on to lead successful professional careers: choreographers (Tokyo, Alexa Anderson, Audrey Benson), university scholarship recipients (U of A, Point Park Conservatory), professional company dancers (Gus Giordano, Alvin Ailey), SYTYCD (Ade, Alexa, and Bridget), performers (Disneyland, Disneyworld, Disney Cruise), artistic directors and as studio owners (CanDance -AZ, The Edge – MN, Tokyo The Academy -LA). Lisa enjoys sharing in the building of confidence and lifelong memories by working with and inspiring today’s youth and values the opportunity to give back to the community. With all of Lisa’s successes, her greatest accomplishment is being a mother to her son Kyle and a Guardian to her brother Daniel.
