Lynette Lee grew up in central Illinois. After settling in the Phoenix East Valley she has been an active member in our community for over 30 years. She lives with her husband of 18 years and 16 year old daughter. After moving to Arizona, she continued her college education and began her 30-plus year career in Healthcare. She has worked as both a clinical and administrative manager for a busy surgical practice for several years. With her decades of experience in the clinical setting, she implemented and helped build a medical billing company from the ground up. Under her direction, the company expanded into a successful and profitable company within three short years. All while doing this, she supported her daughter’s unending love for ballet and her decision to train seriously with the dream of becoming a professional dancer. Lynette’s efforts have included volunteering for her daughter’s ballet/dance companies, serving as a fundraiser coordinator, PSO vice president, and performing with a few Nutcracker Productions as a “party parent”. While still operating in leadership positions as part of her successful medical career, she discovered the wonderful world of ballet and came to the conclusion that her administrative talents and experience could be used in serving the Arizona dance community. She enjoys spending down time with her family and her house full of rescued pets, including a turtle, 5 squirrels, 3 cats, and a dog.
