Most items can be picked up at one of our locations in the Phoenix area. Items which require shipping will be shipped as soon as your order is processed. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Orders will not be processed until your payment has been received. This includes the booking of lessons. Payments may be made by electronic check, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), or Paypal account money transfer.
Brooksher Ballet charges a single late fee of $35 per account for each pay period if there are any outstanding charges for lessons or participation fees of any kind. There is a grace period of 10 days following the due date.
Refunds and Exchanges
We will be happy to refund your BB Gear order if you are not satisfied with any item in the BB Gear catalog. Just kindly return the item to us within 15 days and we will process your refund immediately. We only ask that you give us a chance to make things right with an exchange if there is a mistake on your order such as an incorrect size.
Individually scheduled Private Lessons, Private Coaching, and Private Choreography may be cancelled up to 3 days before your scheduled lessons. There are no refunds after this time.
Registrations for workshops, master classes, intensives, and the like are not refundable.
Registration for Brooksher Ballet regularly scheduled classes may be cancelled by submitting a written notice 30 days before the desired date of cancellation. Refunds may be offered at the sole discretion of Brooksher Ballet’s Artistic Directors for students who withdraw from participation due to illness or injury. Brooksher Ballet may require a note from your physician regarding the illness or injury for which you are requesting a refund. There are no refunds for family vacations, scheduling conflicts, holidays, and the like. However, Brooksher Ballet, at it’s sole discretion, may offer a tuition credit for extenuating circumstances. After one month of enrollment in the National Academy of Classical Ballet, permanent withdrawal requires 30-day written notice, and will incur a termination fee of 10% of the annual tuition not to exceed $500.00.
Cancellation or Withdrawl
Registration for Brooksher Ballet regularly scheduled classes may be cancelled by submitting a written notice 30 days before the desired date of cancellation. For an account to be closed it must first be brought to a zero balance. If an account is not paid in full at the end of the 30 day notice period, the notice period (30 days) will begin again on the first day following the expiration of the previous 30 day notice period. This process will continue and all subscriptions, fees, charges, tuition, interest, and the like will continue to be charged and accrue to the account balance in perpetuity until such time as all outstanding subscriptions, fees, charges, tuition, interest and the like have been paid in full by the end of the current 30 notice period.
EXAMPLE – Required Liability Release Agreement
For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, I, as parent or legal guardian of the enrolled student (hereinafter “Minor”) hereby grant the permission necessary to allow Minor to participate in Brooksher Ballet’s dance and related activities (hereinafter “Program”). I, in my own behalf and on behalf of Minor, further agree to release and hold harmless Brooksher Ballet, LLC and any entity on whose premises the Program will occur, (hereinafter the “Campus”) the affiliates of Brooksher Ballet, LLC and the Campus, and the respective directors, officers, representatives, members, agents, and employees of Brooksher Ballet, LLC, the Campus and their respective affiliates (hereinafter collectively “Releasees”) from any and all liability for negligence or any other claim judgment, loss, liability, cost and expenses (including, without limitations, attorney’s fees and costs) arising out of or connected with the Program, including any claim arising out of or connected with any illness or injury (minimal, serious, catastrophic and/or death) that Minor may incur or sustain during the Program, all activities associated with the Program and while traveling to and from the site for the Program whether or not the Program actually occurs. I further expressly agree to indemnify and hold harmless Releasees and Releasees’ heirs, successors, assigns, executors and administrators against loss from any further claims, demands or actions that may subsequently be brought by Minor or by any other person on the account of damages of any character resulting to Minor in any way from the foregoing activities. I further agree to reimburse and to make good Releasees any loss, or costs Releasees may have to pay as a result of any such action, claim, or demand.
EXAMPLE – Required Medical Release Agreement
I acknowledge and agree, in my own behalf and on behalf of Minor, that such participation subjects Minor, to possibility of physical illness or injury (minimal, serious, catastrophic and/or death) and that I, in my own behalf and on behalf of Minor, acknowledge that the Minor is assuming risk of such illness or injury by participating in the Program. In the event of such illness or injury, I authorize Brooksher Ballet, LLC to obtain necessary medical treatment for Minor and hereby, in my own behalf and on behalf of Minor, release and hold harmless Releasees in exercising this authority. I further acknowledge and understand that I will be responsible for any and all medical and related bills that may be incurred on behalf of Minor for any illness or injury that Minor may sustain during the Program and while traveling to and from the site for the Program whether or not the Program actually occurs. I hereby affirm that all statements regarding Minor’s health including physical and psychological well-being, are true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I hereby agree to notify Brooksher Ballet of any changes in the physical or psychological well-being of Minor.
EXAMPLE – Required Appearance Agreement
I understand that from time to time Brooksher Ballet, LLC produces promotional material relating to its programs. I understand that as a participant in and/or a spectator at the Program, Minor may be included in video or photographs taken during the Program. Therefore, without reservation or limitations, I, in my own behalf and on behalf of the Minor, hereby assign, transfer and grant to Brooksher Ballet, its successors, assignees, licensees, sponsors, any television networks, and all other commercial exhibitors the exclusive right to photography and/or video of Minor and to utilize such video and photographs and Minor’s name, face, likeness, voice, and appearance as part of the Program, in advertising and promoting the Program or in advertising and promoting future events. I further understand that neither Brooksher Ballet, LLC, nor any third party, is under any obligation to exercise any of the foregoing rights, licenses and privileges.
Furthermore, should Minor appear in promotional material for themselves or any third party or their successors, assignees, licensees, sponsors, any television networks, and all other commercial exhibitors, including but not limited to print advertisements, social media posts, commercials, and the like, I hereby agree to provide proper accreditation to Brooksher Ballet, LLC through the utilization of hashtags (or similar) on social media posts or a statement including the words, “Courtesy of Brooksher Ballet” wherever Minor’s name may appear in credits, programs, and the like. The undersigned does hereby irrevocably grant the use of such promotional materials to Brooksher Ballet, and agrees to guarantee the permission for use by Brooksher Ballet from any third party as necessary. The content of any of the aforementioned promotion material should reflect positively on Brooksher Ballet and its staff, faculty, and students. Photographs and video should have the pre-approval of the Artistic Directors before being released to the public. At their sole discretion, the Artistic Directors may release Minor from the above mentioned pre-approval if requested in writing.

In addition, students are encouraged to post and share approved photographs and promotional material with other dance related social media groups such as Arizona Dance Coalition, Ballet Gallery, Classical Ballet, Ballerinas Around The World, Only Ballet Men, International Ballet, Wonderful World of Ballet, etc. Any such photos or other materials, shared, posted on digital media, print materials or similar that include an image of a Brooksher Ballet student in any dance related program or performance or other public appearance showing them in a dance related activity may be used by Brooksher Ballet for the purposes of promotional materials or advertising.
EXAMPLE – Performance and Competition Participation Agreement
I agree that Minor will participate in all Brooksher Ballet NACB performances and competitions (if applicable) as cast at the sole discretion of the Artistic Directors. Minor may not participate in any non-Brooksher Ballet performance, or un-sanctioned competition or other event (teaching, guest artist appearance, modeling, or other) with another school, studio, organization, company, producer, or as an independent, except with express written permission from the Artistic Directors.
EXAMPLE – Choreography Licensing Agreement
Any choreography (group or solo) that is created or staged on or for Minor by Brooksher Ballet faculty, whether guest or permanent, while Minor is enrolled in any Brooksher Ballet program is the sole property of Brooksher Ballet. Any payment made by the undersigned for choreography fees is only for a temporary limited use license of choreography for the purposes of performance or competition during the season in which the choreography has been staged or created on or for Minor. This limited use license will expire at the end of the school year/season or upon the termination of Minor’s enrollment in Brooksher Ballet, whichever is sooner.
EXAMPLE – Program Rules Agreement
I further acknowledge and understand that Brooksher Ballet has established rules and regulations pertaining to conduct, behavior and activities of all Program participants, by which the Minor and I agree to abide during the Program (see Brooksher Ballet’s Student Handbook), and that Minor and I will be responsible for her/his/my failure to abide by those rules and regulations. Minor and I have received, read, and understand the Program rules. Minor and I understand that violation of the rules and regulations can result in a dismissal from Program with no refund.

Registration In order to use this website, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give certain information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest. At your option, you may also provide demographic information (such as gender or age) about yourself, but it is not required.
Orders We request information from you on our order form.
